“VALORANT” is a new fps game developed by Riot Games. According to the video, the game seems to adopt a new story theme, which will combine characters with multiple skills.

Furthermore, according to popular leaker ‘PlayerIGN’, the release date of Valorant Mobile might be nearer than expected. According to him, Valorant Mobile will be announced at E3 2021, which is gonna take place around mid-June.

Valorant (stylized as VALORANT) is a Massively Multiplayer PC game developed and published by Riot Games. Valorant is Riot Games’ first first-person shooter game. The game was originally announced as Project A in October 2019, announced under the current title on March 1, 2020, and released to players on June 2, 2020.

As conceived by the developers, the game is a confrontation between two teams of five players, each of them plays the role of “agents” with special abilities that are either bought before the start of the round, or are earned during the match. For example, each hero has an absolute skill that can only be used after charging it. Charging can be done in several ways: when you kill another player, when you die, plant / defuse a bomb, or when you capture a special sphere, which appear in certain places on the map at the beginning of each round. The assortment of weapons in the game includes a knife, pistols, shotguns, submachine guns, machine guns, assault rifles and sniper rifles.

In the main game mode, the attacking team has a bomb (called “Spike” from the English. Spike), which they must plant at the point of the bookmark. If the attacking team successfully detonates, it scores a point. If the defending team successfully defuses the bomb or prevents the attacking team from placing it after the 100-second timer expires, the defending team scores a point. Eliminating all members of the opposing team also brings victory in the round. The first team to win 13 rounds wins the match. After 12 rounds, the sides change. The game also supports servers with a 128 Hz tick rate, which provides a smoother gameplay by allowing the server and client to exchange data more frequently.

Riot announce Valorant Mobile

Just as they have with their staple MOBA, League of Legends, Riot have announced plans to “expand the [Valorant] franchise” to make it accessible to “more players around the world.”

At the moment, the title is a Windows PC exclusive, therefore excluding console players, Mac users and mobile users. Valorant Mobile is set to change that for the latter.
